Jason Harris

Jason is the Founder and Owner of Team Freight Logistics. He works in TFL’s Operations & Sales Departments and anywhere else he is needed. Jason has 22 years’ experience as a Freight Broker, most of them in the West Michigan area. Jason served in the Navy from ’92 to ’96 before returning home to start his family. After running successful brokerages for others Jason decided it was time to open shop for himself. He partnered with two reputable area carriers to create Team Freight Logistics, LLC. Jason and his Wife live with their 2 dogs. With their 3 kids out of the house or away at college, they spend as much time outside enjoying nature as they can.

Rachael

Rachael is our Operations Manager and joined Team Freight with over 20 years’ experience in customer service and planning, 10 of these in Transportation. She, along with Tracie, work to assure our customers are provided with the service and communication they have come to expect from Team Freight. Outside of the office Rachael spends most of her days with her kids and grandkids or pets enjoying nature and exploring.

Christi

Christi works in our accounting department and joined Team Freight with 20 years’ experience in the accounting industry. Christi handles invoicing and payables here at TFL. Between work, her husband and 3 kids, all in sports, she is always on the go.

Tracie

Tracie is one of our Operations Specialists and came to Team freight with 20 years’ experience in the transportation industry. She worked in dispatch, load planning and customer service before opening her own dispatch company. She helps to assure our customers’ freight gets where it needs to go on time and with no issues. Tracie lives with her husband and dog, Bane. In her free time, Tracie enjoys traveling and reading.

Brie

Brie works in our accounting department and joined Team Freight with 15 years’ experience in the accounting industry. Brie handles TFL’s accounts receivables, payroll, and HR. When not in the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and 5 kids as well as time on her hobby farm.

Alvin

Alvin comes to Team Freight with 15 years sales experience, 6 of those in transportation. As the Manager of Business Development for our first satellite office he brings expertise in refrigerated, flatbed, and dry goods transportation. Alvin excels at building strong client relationships and providing tailored logistics solutions. Outside of work, Alvin enjoys biking and hiking with his wife and son, as well as collecting comic books.
