What carriers do you work with?

We utilize our Asset base first, remaining freight is offered to local carrier partners we have worked with for years.

Do you post my loads on the DAT?

No – work directly with our partner carriers to assure quality service.

What types of commodities are you familiar with?

We ship a variety of products from our local West Michigan customers. Furniture to cooler systems, food products to high value conveyor systems. We are also familiar with the needs of all types of deliveries – whether we are meeting an installation crew, emailing a distribution center or delivering to a trade show. You will know the appointment is set before our truck leaves the state.

What makes us different from the big National 3pls?

We are local. We work local. You will never be lost in a system that only identifies you as a load number.

Do you utilize a factoring company?

No – We do not pay a third party service to collect our invoices. Our accounting department works directly with our customers.

What types of insurance(s) do you have?

We carry Contingent Cargo insurance (up to $250,000) along with Contingent Liability coverage to assure our customers freight is fully covered in the event of any accidents or issues.

If I have a freight Claim, who will handle it?

Any claim will be filed directly with us. We handle them from beginning to end. Historically claims are closed within 30 days.

How do I get a quote?

Are you able to give me accurate tracking on my shipment?

Yes, all of our equipment has GSP tracking installed so we can give you up to the minute tracking information.
